The account manager will lead our accounts team and identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid them in successful solution implementation. The individual will work closely with clients and internal team members to better understand client requirements and mitigate any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders for customers’ success
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Schedule meetups with customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Manage and review reports on customer accounts
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related disciplines
  • No prior work experience required

Requirements
  • At least a Degree qualification with a focus in Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Preferably at least 5 or more years of sales and marketing experience with an outstanding sales track record in the field of Information Technology

The creative designer will develop an outstanding and consistent brand identity for V3. This includes creating beautiful and engaging visuals for our websites, social media and presentations, as well as improving on UI/UX design for our existing platforms.

Responsibilities
  • To provide creative support to the Marketing Manager on required artwork
  • Conceptualise, design and manage the production of marketing materials such as social media, brochures, email campaigns and daily graphical needs
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate the look and feel of websites/mobile apps
  • Transform ideas into beautiful and engaging websites that are mobile responsive and user-friendly
  • Ensure consistency and quality in the company’s brand visuals
Requirements
  • Demonstrates good graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Good eye for visual design with hands on experience in user interface design
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required

The Customer Success Specialist will help us maintain great relationships with our clientele by ensuring their needs are met through our solutions and excellent service support. This individual will play an important role in customer retention and work with internal teams to strategise and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Identify new business opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Assist with client requests and issue escalations as needed Recommend to existing customers how new and existing enhancements will create value for them
  • Work with cross functional teams to reveal potential opportunities within accounts
  • Deliver regular product training to customers to ensure strong usage
  • Gather client feedback for team to improve on solutions and services, pricing strategies and the operational process
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply
  • Self-starter, meticulous and good with time management
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English; additional bonus if fluent in Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedback from Chinese speaking customers)
